A). Yes. Only this General Forum is publicly viewable. MCS members may create a login by clicking on the 'register' link on the login page.

Q). Can anyone Register on the forum?
A). Yes but do enter some information about yourself as all forum applications are approved by the moderators.

Q). Anyone can read the General Forum?
A). Yes.

Q). Are there more forums visible once I have registered and login?
A). Yes.

Q). Can I create a New Forum discussion Group?
A). Contact a moderator with the request.
